For 4 bed or 2 bath or less -Bathrooms: Wet wipe/detail light fixtures, Clean mirrors, Clean sinks, Clean toilets, Clean tubs/showers, Wet wipe face of cabinets, Clean medicine cabinet, Wet wipe all doors, Vacuum/mop floors - Kitchen: Dust light fixtures, Clean counters, Clean stove, Clean microwave, Clean/polish all appliances, Clean sink, Wet wipe face of cabinets , Wet wipe doors, Clean table and chairs, Vacuum/mop floors - Living Room: Dust light fixtures, Clean all mirrors , Dust wall decor, Dust all furniture, Wet wipe window sills, Wet wipe doors, Dust ceiling fans, Wet wipe doors, Clean sliding doors, Vacuum/mop floors - Bedroom: Wet wipe bedroom furniture, Dust all wall decor, Clean light switch, Wet wipe window sills, Clean mirrors, Wet wipe doors, Dust ceiling fans, Vacuum/mop floors to reach areas - Dusting hard to reach areas - Cleaning the walls - Windows - Air Vents and Fans - Cabinet Surface Areas - Tile and Grout Cleaning We can talk about things that need a deep clean in our walk through, if they’re not listed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: I ask that as soon as you need to cancel get in contact with me. Cancel 12-24 hours before the clean time starts. There is a one-time warning. On the second cancellation within a 24 hour period I will charge a $25 inconvenience fee. If for any reason I cannot come to the cleaning, I will offer you the same courtesy, and either refund the deposit or you can choose to use that money for the next booking. No Show Policy: If a booking has been scheduled, and no information has been given, Starlight Cleaning Co will get in contact with you via phone or email. If I arrive at the house and nobody answers, or no key has been provided, I will get in contact with you. I will wait a designated amount of time before leaving and charging an inconvenience fee. If this happens twice, I will no longer accept bookings from you. While it’s not required, removing any bottles, towels or countertop appliances before a clean would be a HUGE help! If you’re not able to, please let me know where I can put them. Please put in the booking comments or get in contact with me about using non-bleach, pet and children safe products.
